About

Trans – making

This international project aims creating a multilateral network of people working at cultural organizations and institutions and universities who are involved in research and innovations, managing sites and producing art events. The project facilitates the exchange of experiences and work methods among project participants to create alternative narratives about the role of society, economic transformations and European policies in establishing democratization. A meeting of culture and art with the world of science and innovation results in an incredible fusion of ideas, activities and inspiration.

The aim of the project is to increase research potential through the exchange of knowledge between academic partners and arts and culture sector staff from Europe and other world countries in a joint research programme which focuses on: collecting, documenting / researching / experimenting / executing / designing.

Through this research and innovation programme, academic partners and cultural institutions aim at improving the relations between art and culture, economy, democracy and innovation in the EU and outside and support the entrepreneurship, risk adaptation, capacity for innovation (economic, social and democratic). They will actively contribute to the education and empowerment of natural persons and excluded minorities through research and production, art and new technologies. Using existing networks of engaged partners, the project will contribute to better understanding and exchange of idea between academic circles, interested parties and decision makers.
